In 1996, owners Master Pilates Teacher Cathie and Gerald Teague established Teague Classical Pilates based on Joseph H. Pilates's teachings. They have been in the fitness industry for 50+ years and have trained dozens of Pilates teachers through their rigorous 750 hour teacher training program.
Cathie has 25+ years of Pilates experience and comes from an extensive background of the traditional gym workouts. Furthermore, Cathie enjoys helping clients find their greatest potential no matter what their level of conditioning or ability. Her expertise is in rehabilitation of pre-existing conditions.
Gerald is a former boxer and has owned health clubs for over 50 years. Both Pilates and Neuro-Muscular therapy have significantly helped heal injuries from weightlifting workouts and re-balanced his body. These days Gerald treats clients with Neuro-Muscular Therapy due to his personal success with the treatment and his expertise with anatomy.

Pilates is a method of exercise designed and developed by German born, physical therapist pioneer, Joseph H. Pilates. Utilizing specially designed equipment, his innovative method educates, re-patterns, realigns, and balances the body.
Pilates aligns and strengthens the body, promotes uniform development, improves breathing, elongates muscles, improves joint mobility, flexibility, and corrects neuromuscular disorders. It is an aerobic workout that flows, energizes and promotes health, wellness and fitness for all ages.

Our studio is fully equipped with masterly hand-built Classical Pilates equipment: Reformers, Chairs, Cadillacs/Trapeze, Ladder Barrels, Spine Correctors, Half-Traps, Swedish Bars and other supportive apparatus. Plus a circuit of CorELink™ Pilates equipment for convenient independent workouts.
PRIVATE, SEMI-PRIVATES &
Weekly we instruct over 40 group classes for up to 10 people per class. Should you prefer private or semi-private instruction, we have wonderful teachers with varying levels of mastery and prices, including lessons for Teacher Training.

Utilizing this fantastic apparatus we are able to bring traction to the spine and mobility to the joints while being partially or fully, safely and comfortably suspended.
