Cathie has 25 years of Pilates experience and comes from an extensive background of the traditional gym workouts.  She fully embraces the original Pilates work and believes that Pilates is the only workout most individuals need for a balanced health, wellness, and fitness regimen. It is also the best cross training for many with sports specific needs.  Cathie has had the influence of five different elder lineages of Pilates and is a graduate of the Advanced Program and Master Program at The Pilates Center in Boulder Colorado.

 

Pilates is a method of exercise designed and developed by German born, physical therapist pioneer, Joseph H. Pilates. Utilizing specially designed equipment, his innovative method educates, re-patterns, realigns, and balances the body.
